We offer various Hunting Packages to members of our club. Also, due to the overall size of the property (478 acres) the number of memberships will be limited. We handle most things leases expect you to do.
Enjoy a day on our 6 acre lake that is stocked with a variety of fish. Enjoy the use of our boat and do some top water fishing for bass or if you prefer, slow things down and catch some catfish. Our boat runs off battery so no fuel needed and it is always ready to go due to the solar charger.
We make sure you have good shooting lanes and great blinds to provide the best hunting experience. With a lease you have to set up blinds and maintain them. With our hunt club we have maintained blinds over maintained food plots. In addition to food plots in each blinds lane, we maintain feeders so you do not have to.
Getting around the property is easy as we maintain roads thru out. Our roads are wide enough for full size trucks but if you prefer we provide access to UTV/ATVs. The roads cover the entire property and make it easy to stalk hogs at night with proper equipment.
Take some time to get away from the hustle and bussle of the everyday grind. Come out and just walk the roads to enjoy all that nature has to offer. Sometimes it is good to just get out and slow down to enjoy nature.
Nocona Hunt Club is located approximately 83 miles north of the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex, in Nocona, Texas. The Ranch is approximately 478 acres with a six acre lake for fishing, plus 8 wetlands for duck hunting, and ample areas for other types of hunting. The Club does not sublease the property but instead manages its use for the enjoyment of members on a reservation basis
We offer packages so you only pay for the type of hunting you prefer.
For those wanting all year hunting, hogs and predators offers you that opportunity. We have several active sounders, coyote packs and bobcats.
Area has plenty of deer and very little pressure. We reserve the first two weeks of deer season strickly for deer hunters.
With over 400 acres of land we have many open areas that are prime habitat for Dove. Come out and enjoy a Texas tradition.
With eight areas to attract ducks there are always opportunity to meet your limits. After you hit your bag limit enjoy the rest of the day fishing on our 6 acre lake.
